Modules

Once modules are purchased, they are installed individually.

All modules ship with a 30-day evaluation. Purchased modules can be Activated with full licensing.

Licensing

Licensing and Version information displayed in User Portal from Service Pack 2 onward.

Licensing and Version information displayed in User Portal now includes the Installer as well.

Customer information pertaining to licensing is encrypted in License Key. Licenses are reissued in 365 day cycles.

User Interface

Screen scrolling and larger images.

User Interface is streamlined to reduce scrolling on the screen and is aesthetically more pleasing to the user.

Data

Majority of data is contained in XML Style sheets and Forms within a File Directory where eWorkflow is installed.

Majority of data has been transferred to

MS SQL database. Only Portal data remains in XML format.

Users and Signatures

Incorporating electronic signatures for Reporting purposes were added as customisations.

Signatures and User Account pictures are added with ease to incorporate into Reporting. Can save to both the eWorkflow File Directory or MS SQL Database.

Performance

Limited bandwidth had restrictions on performance.

Lite version introduced for environments with bandwidth restrictions. This module ships as a standard feature.
