AccTech eWorkflow.NET Enhancements...Continue

In our previous edition of the Out of Africa we featured 2 enhancements to the AccTech eWorkflow.NET 6.1 latest release; eWorkflow Escalations and Bulk approvals. In the first edition for the New Year, we continue to share these exciting new enhancements with you.

eWorkflow.NET Mobile:

AccTech eWorkflow.NET is accessible from a mobile device allowing you to action documents whilst out of the office. The eWorkflow.NET Mobile module is fully functional on all HTML compatible devices.

Workflow process are customisable for Mobile application. This is applicable for header and detail fields as well as routing. Forms within eWorkflow.NET Mobile are customisable to limit the amount of data displayed on a Mobile device.

Licencing: eWorklfow Mobile licencing consists of a Mobile Engine (similar to the eWorkflow Engine already in place) and User lanpaks. A User Lanpak affords your selected eWorkflow Users to gain access to their ToDo's from the convenience of their mobile device. Mobile Approvers can access the Portal from various browers including Internet Explorer, Opera, FireFox and Safari.

Process Analytics:

eWorkflow.NET Process Analytics harnesses the capabilities of Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) to efficiently and quickly determine the status of your process flows and open documents with drill-down features capability.

SSRS is an existing component within your Microsoft SQL Server Database Management system and does not require an additional software investment. Process Reports can be rendered within the familiar eWorkflow.NET Portal and according to individual requirements.
