Highlighted Features:
- Permission to execute tasks or functions is set through role based authorisation. Authenticated users are assigned to a particular role(s) and through this assignment they perform their specified tasks or functions. Role-based authorisation eliminates extended maintenance when an individual moves between departments.
- Record level security can be applied to these roles, allowing users to only see information relevant to their department or purpose within the organisation.
- Brower based access permits remote access for maintenance and administration.

eWorkflow.NET Designer
With the eWorkflow.NET Designer, complex procedures can be mapped with a simple drag-and-drop interface, incorporating business rules and exception management. Utilising this web interface, Administrators are able to manage user permissions and create and maintain procedure diagrams with ease.

- Easily limit and grant access to functions or activities within a process through role based authorisations.
- The visual Organisational chart tool can be used to establish authorisation levels based on the company’s hierarchical structure.

- Form Permissions or user interface screens are fully customisable to client requirements.
- Document actions can be applied to activity level including approve, hold, discard, add ad-hoc recipient and return to originator. Control the addition and deletion of attachments and force comments on activity level.
- SMTP Mail setup provides eMail notification of tasks to action and escalation of urgent documents.
Licensing options:
eWorkflow.NET licensing options are scalable to your organisation’s requirements. The eWorklfow.NET Designer is purchased with either 5 named users or 20 named users. Additional user packages may be added according to your requirements.
eWorkflow.NET on your mobile
AccTech eWorkflow.NET is also accessible from a mobile device allowing you to action documents whilst out of the office. The eWorkflow.NET Mobile module is fully functional for HTML compatible devices.
eWorkflow.NET Mobile setup is accessible from within the eWorkflow.NET Designer. Here the users are selected for the Mobile version in accordance with the organisation’s mobile licensing option. A Mobile user would also have to be an eWorkflow.NET workstation user to gain access using a mobile device.
Each workflow process is customisable in the Mobile application for instance header and detail fields as well as routing. Forms within eWorkflow.NET Mobile are customisable to limit the amount of data displayed on a Mobile device.
Mobile users log into eWorlflow.NET from their mobile device and gain access to their workflow inbox with documents awaiting their approval.
